Shooting test
Decree of the President of the Regional Council of Piemonte 31 August 2022, n. 61, with immediate effect notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 6 of article 12 of the regional law 5/2018, the certificate of participation to test shooting for the selection hunting for ungulates it is suspended, in line with the regulatory review already in progress and pending its approval.
The main provisions
This and others provisions of particular relevance:
- wild boar selection hunting can also be carried out at night, subject to the use of tools for the night vision which facilitate collection;
- the hunter, who intends to carry out the hunting activity for wild boar selection hunting in any ATC or CA, other than the admission one, requests the relevant authorization from the Management Body. ATCs or CAs release within 48 hours of the request, the relative authorization without additional economic burdens;
- temporary stalking and roof terraces can be positioned at a size not less than 50 meters from the border of theProtected area informing the managing body;
- the members of the wild boar teams can register for other teams to the wild boar operating in the Piedmontese ATCs and CAs.
Duration and validity
The aforementioned regulatory changes will be valid no later than March 15, 2023, in accordance with the provisions of hunting calendar 2022-2023, therefore the regional one of Piemonte (Source: Italian Federation of Hunting).
