The letter from the FIDC
We report and publish: “Open letter to hunters and p / c Region of Umbria. Do you know that for some time our association has been opposing some programmatic and economic choices of theATCPG1, so much so as not to approve the final balance sheet and actually leave the executive council. We would have liked to have been wrong, to have been wrong, to see today the ATC PG1 sailing in gold and filling our valleys with sedentary and no more damage to agriculture.
A series of problems
But no, it went exactly as we expected, damages down but still significant and absorbing a large part of the funds available, ZRC reduced to a minimum (more than halved the catches of pheasants and hares in a few years) and overall wild for the restocking brought in only one year to two thirds and finally an important delay in the programming of the global restocking plan which precluded any capture operation until February 4th and which still does not allow the AVs to partly compensate for this disaster.
The need to renovate
Practically a failure across the board that we hope will be preparatory to a profound and decisive renewal in the upcoming renewals of the ATCs. We reassure all hunters that Federcaccia will supervise and work to ensure that in this area ATCPG1 which was the flagship for the sedentary at regional level, there is a return to balanced and functional hunting management (Federcaccia Umbra).
