Federfauna, first animal rights activists in the business, now the Lav wants the money of the animal dealers; ENPA had already asked for those of the hunters.
The Lav, an animal welfare association that accuses everyone of exploiting animals, while it is that thanks to them it "invoices" several million euros a year, including conventions, donations, 5xmille, civil party constitutions, etc., now even aims to the money of companies and workers already in black crisis. In fact, the association, a non-profit organization thanks to a decree that recognizes it as "environmental protection" even if it hinders the control plans of invasive species such as nutria, has asked the institutions, in which it is well integrated (it has agreements with the Ministries, coordinates transversal groups of Parliamentarians and has a Magistrate of Cassation in its legal office), that a "contribution for the management of seized and confiscated animals", entrusted to itself, is introduced "in the head of all economic activities on animals" ( and other animal welfare associations), based on law 189/04.
For the record, 189/04 is the already shameful law on the mistreatment of animals introduced in Italy ten years ago, precisely under strong pressure from the Lav, which at the time told the story of wanting a law against dog fights (how many real cases have there ever been ?!). Then, in fact, the law has given way to an exponential increase in the seizures of animals in all areas and trials in court, which pays the state, and at the same time allowed animal welfare associations to operate in the vigilance with their own guards, to be in charge of the animals seized or confiscated, recipients of the income deriving from the application of the sanctions, as well as being able to be a civil party in the trials and ask for more money.
A well thought-out system whereby it is the State (that is all of us) that pays for kidnappings and processes that clog up the Courts, which if they produce “profits”, the animal rights activists are pocketed. A law, in short, "ad associationm Lav", which however is not satisfied, since it has requested its modification in several points, obviously all in its favor, among which the introduction of a "contribution for the management of animals seized and confiscated "that feeds the endowment fund provided for by Law 189/2004 and is placed" in charge of all economic activities on animals. "
Obviously, at Lav, the animal dealers suck, but their money doesn't!… And that the Lav knows how to do it with money, there is no doubt. Its balance sheets prove it. In comparison, the Enpa, which ran out of money to manage the recovery, care and release of wildlife in Genoa, had turned to the Province in the hope of being able to draw on the funds from the hunters' taxes, it seems to be made up of newbies ... It will be a case, but the investigation into luxury hotels and houses on the Red Sea paid with the funds raised for animals started from Genoa ...
To conclude, a color note: the Lav, which officially presented its request for amendment to law 189/04 at a recent conference in Rome (present politicians, magistrates, public executives), this time among the reasons, in addition to reiterating the fable of the need to combat the fighting between animals, added the fable of the need to counter "zooerasty and acts of sexual sadism against animals", according to Lav: "a worrying phenomenon that arouses ever greater social alarm" ...
Yet, evidently, someone still believes in it (or has some convenience to believe it), while those who, like us, have doubts generally find little resonance in the media and perhaps also suffer the attempt of intimidation by Felicetti (the president of the Lav), who announces lawsuit, that was published "in unified networks". A tactic that can have an effect on many. We know it by now and we are waiting to bring you to tell us that again they try to censor us ...
