Few have raised the problem of understanding what was being discussed.
Well:
1) bow hunting in the FVG region, as in Italy, is already allowed (art 28 lr 6/08 art 13 l 157/92)
2) the proposed law does not aim to introduce a form of levy (already practiced on 60% of the regional and national territory) but to harmonize a provision -art 28 lr 6 / 08- which incorporates the national framework law 157/92 and a provision dated art 2 LR 14/87, (when the national framework law did not yet exist) relating to selective hunting. In the aforementioned art. 2 only the rifle with rifled bore is indicated as means allowed for selection hunting.
3) the combination of the two rules (art 28 and art 2) has so far created the absurd reason why the bow was used in Friuli VG for every form of "traditional hunting" also with following dogs (roe deer, red deer, wild boar, fox, pheasant, etc.) or in motion and not for selection hunting carried out mainly from fixed posting.
4) it is claimed that bow hunting is as lethal as the rifle since the shot is consumed in maximum 20 meters and this allows for precision and certainty of sampling.
5) these considerations have even led ISPRA to approve and recommend this hunting method, which is widespread all over the world.
The problem of the whole story therefore is not the bow or the hunt but ignorance, political opportunism and the massacre of neurons. To Mara Piccin the solidarity of the entire Federcaccia for the offenses suffered ”.
