About forty municipal sections
Time to get together also for the provincial section of Federcaccia Milano Monza and Brianza, in the presence of about forty municipal sections in the headquarters of the Sesto San Giovanni hunting group. Carlo di Giacomo, president of the municipal section of Sesto San Giovanni, was chosen as president of the assembly, and secretary Vittorio Zocca, president of the section. municipality of Corsico and Buccinasco. After Di Giacomo's greetings, the provincial president Luca Agnelli took stock of last year's activities in the provincial section, one of the most active in Lombardy. Regional President Lorenzo Bertacchi was also present at the meeting, who began by thanking all the presidents of the sections that organize local activities during the year.
The unresolved issues
Bertacchi then exposed the unresolved questions regarding lead ammunition, in particular the interpretations on wetlands. It has been highlighted that the integration into the Regional Calendar will have as a reference what is sanctioned by Regional Law 26/93 and by Law 157/92: it will be ready in mid-July and the appeals of the animal welfare associations will surely await us. For the lark species, the management plan prevents the Lombardy Region from issuing a daily/seasonal game bag that is more favorable to specialized hunters. The presidents present raised some questions regarding the management and stalling of dogs, the role of the guards of animal welfare associations, avian flu and African swine fever.

At the end of the assembly, the Federcacciatori deserving awards were presented and the recognition went to Danilo Cairati, Roberto Farina, Edoardo Bonardi, Natale Garavaglia, Giuseppe Baccelliere, Gianmarco Monti, Leo Vanzini, Carlo Di Giacomo, Amedeo Luca Meani. A special prize went to the Municipal section of Corsico and Buccinasco on the occasion of the ninetieth year since its establishment in Corsico in 1933 with the prize collected by the new hunter and member of the Municipal Section Corsico and Buccinasco Fabio Fiochi (source: FIDC).
