The weekend just ended (Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 November) was characterized by the important individual ending of the Sant'Uberto Italian Championship of the Italian Federation of Hunting. The event took place at the“La Rocchetta” Wildlife Hunting Company of Verona and the climatic conditions were marked by rain, wind and fog. The constant commitment of the organizers however guaranteed an excellent show.
The terrains were beautiful and challenging, ideal for such an event, with a mixed vegetation between meadows and woods, the right refuge for game. Almost every Italian region was represented and the massive presence of trained and trained young people was undoubtedly an encouraging note. The final of the Avancarica was unfortunately canceled due to the adverse weather, but the results of the various categories in the race were uncertain until the end. In the category "Women" triumphed Maria Cristina Da Prato, who got the better of Elisa Mambelli and Paola Gobbi.
Patrizia Rainisio finished fourth after the barrage and an excellent performance. The category "Juniors"instead, he saw Nicolò Albani excel, followed by Francesco Giardullo and Giuseppe Zanotti. Turning to the "Veterans", the ranking was dominated by Salvatore Brocca, while in second and third place came Franco Binotti and Giuseppe Zanoni. In the category "Absolute", then, Giovanni Mutti preceded Fabrizio Furia and Pierluigi Sorsoli. Finally, the second “Ivo Angeli” Memorial for the best score was assigned to Mutti.
