Great support
On November 28, 2024, at the ITI “A. MONACO” in COSENZA and on December 4, 2024 at the Linguistic high school “GC VANINI” in CASARANO (LE), two theoretical-practical training courses will take place reserved for Motor Science Teachers from Calabria and Puglia, with an invitation extended to Federal Technicians and presidents of shooting ranges. The initiatives are part of the programmatic framework proposed by the Federal School Sector and firmly supported by the highest federal bodies – first and foremost by the National President Luciano Rossi and the tireless Vice President Paolo Fiori – regarding the widespread cultural intervention in schools for a correct knowledge of the practice of volley.
Federal technicians
The training proposals will be attended, as testimonials, by the athletes of the Fiamme Oro Sports Group Lucia Palmitessa and Emanuele Buccolieri as well as the Regional Delegates of Calabria Rocco Rugari and Puglia Cosimo Moretto supported by the Teachers of Motor Sciences who participated in the recently concluded CARE project. The technical-logistical support relating to the practical part of the Course will be given by the Shooting Fields of Valle del Savuto (cs) and Scorrano (LE) with the presence of the respective federal technicians.
Respect for the rules
The participation of the Teachers of Motor Sciences is made official by their Institutes following their adhesion on the national SOFIA platform, a tool managed by the MIM and Sport e Salute, which certifies both the cultural aspect of the training proposal and their actual presence and participation. The priority objective is to continue to cultivate a structured idea of recruiting new young people who can approach shooting practice with the correct knowledge and with the transmission of skills such as self-control, discipline of one's actions and respect for the rules, founding qualities of civil life and which are inherent in the athlete who practices one of the most medaled Olympic disciplines in the history of Italian sport (source: FITAV).
