The National Technical Director Albano Pera starts the 2022 season with the First Technical-Physical Meeting of the components of the National Olympic Probable. The internship, which began this morning, will continue until Thursday 27 January and will involve the shooters Giulia Grassia (Army) of Modena, Maria Lucia Palmitessa (Fiamme Oro) of Monopoli (BA), Fiammetta Rossi (Fiamme Oro) of Foligno (PG), Jessica Rossi (Fiamme Oro) of Crevalcore (BO) and Silvana Maria Stanco (Fiamme Gialle) of Winterthur (SUI) and the shooters Mauro De Filippis (Fiamme Oro) of Taranto, Lorenzo Ferrari (Fiamme Oro) of Provaglio d'Iseo (BS), Valerio Grazini (Carabinieri) of Viterbo, Giovanni Pelielo (Blue Flames) of Vercelli and Daniele Resca (Carabinieri) of Pieve di Cento (BO).
The team will be staying at the CONI Olympic Preparation Center in Tirrenia (PI), where he will also carry out training sessions with the Athletic Trainer Fabio Partigiani, while for the technical training he will move between the facilities of the Tav Montecatini Pieve a Nievole, Tav Pisa and Tav La Torre (PI) with Pera and the Technician Daniel Lucidi. "This meeting is aimed at returning to the team atmosphere, to continue physical preparation and to lay the first foundations of the work that we will have to do in view of the first international events - explained Pera - Given the cancellation of the World Cup race , scheduled for February, the first engagement of the season will be in March with the Cup tests in Cyprus and the one in Lima.
It will be a busy year culminating in the first two qualifying events for the Paris Games 2024. The first will be the European Championship in Moscow from 15 to 30 August, while from 27 September to 10 October there will be the World Championship in Osijek (CRO). Our goal is to get there in top form to start the journey towards the French Olympics on the right foot ”.
