Following the closing of the transaction, the group will have three production plants on two continents, with an unparalleled presence in the sector: the historic Fiocchi plant in Lecco, the center of excellence in the hunting and shooting segment of Baschieri & Pellagri in Marano di Castenaso and the production center of Fiocchi of America in the United States (object of a recent major expansion).
In addition to this, the complementarity of the range of products of the two companies and their capacity for innovation will allow, thanks to the extensive commercial network of Fiocchi at an international level (which can also count on a solid and forty-year presence in the United States), achieve significant growth on international markets.
