The jury, led by Head Roberto Dormicchi (www.trigliadibosco.it) and by representatives of the Franchi Food Academy e Passion hunting, had the difficult task of evaluating the many proposals sent by the competitors who, in line with the spirit of the competition, dared to "break the mold", presenting non-traditional, innovative recipes, but in any case with delicate and balanced flavors, which enhanced game meat and promoted healthy and quality cuisine.

Below is the list of winners of which we recall, three were selected by a technical jury and one directly by the voters on the competition website (heart category):
1st classified "technical jury": Sebastian Miorandi with "DEER FILLET, HAZELNUTS, ONION AND ASPARAGUS ".
