The contest, promoted by the newspaper Caccia Passione in collaboration with Franchi Food Academy, represented an exciting journey to discover the game meat, one of the 0 km Italian excellences. The participants challenged themselves for four months, proposing innovative recipes with a unique flavor that redefined the culinary tradition linked to game.
Sustainability and creativity was the key: thinking outside the box, experimenting with bold combinations and new flavors characterized the creations of the competition participants who shared, through their dishes, a palpable passion for the culinary art.
Franchi Food Academy, which has always been a bastion of innovation combined with tradition, has based its mission on the valorization of game through recipes that embody a new vision of healthy, high-quality cuisine.
The recipes entered in the competition perfectly embody the spirit of the Franchi Food Academy. It is particularly gratifying to note that many of them are not professional hunters, thus demonstrating that Game meat is becoming an increasingly accessible raw material even outside the hunting supply chain, proudly entering the homes of many as the object of new and exciting culinary experiments.
This culinary competition proved that Game meat is not just a culinary tradition, but a sustainable and appreciated resource that deserves to be explored and valorized.
The jury, composed of representatives of Passion hunting and Franchi Food Academy, carefully evaluated each creation and the related photographic presentations, considering the presentation, the originality and, of course, the adherence to the main theme of the contest: sustainability.
