Appointment in Verona
UNA Foundation – Man, Nature, Environment – will also be present this year at theEuropean Outdoor Show (EOS) in Verona, the fair dedicated to hunting, sport shooting, personal defense, fishing and boating, which will be held from 8 to 10 February at Veronafiere. Established in 2015, on the occasion of its first 10 years the Foundation will renew its presence at the fair with a new stand (Hall 11 – H201) and a rich program of workshops and activities designed in continuity with UNA's mission and with the aim of creating a story through sensations of what it believes to be the hunting of the future: sustainable, ethical, responsible. Since its establishment, the UNA Foundation has intended to build a new model of dialogue between different realities, and in ten years it has managed to connect the hunting world with the environmentalist, agricultural and academic worlds, broadening the traditional horizons of hunting. To celebrate this first milestone, and the ambitious goals it has set for its future, EOS will be the stage for the first UNA Foundation party.
Years of growth and results
Organized in the Food Arena, Pavilion 10, the party will be an opportunity to retrace the path taken so far and toast to many more years of growth and results. With the participation of the Foundation's partners, from the national hunting associations founding members such as Federcaccia, Enalcaccia and Arcicaccia to the project partners such as AB - Agrivenatoria Biodiversitalia, Federparchi and Gusto Selvatico APS, TEN - The first ten years of the UNA Foundation will bring together in one place all those who have collaborated on the project over the years to celebrate together with the fair's public, taste exquisite game-based dishes together and dance to the hits of the XNUMXs.
The nuances of a hunter's life
The other activities planned for the three days will be divided between the Fondazione UNA stand and the Food Arena. The UNA stand will host several professionals who, through their experience, will contribute to exploring different aspects and nuances of the hunter's life, while in the Food Arena, building on the success of the past edition, Fondazione UNA will once again propose, in collaboration with Gusto Selvatico APS, several restaurateurs and the hunting world, a calendar of tastings and show-cooking, aimed at raising public awareness of the physical and organoleptic characteristics of game. The goal, once again, is to open up to new opportunities for discussion with its community of belonging, and all the individuals who, with their passion, animate and live it every day, to spread a hunting culture that contemplates the social and environmental role of the hunter.
