Thanks to the collaboration with Franchi Food Academy, during all three days of the event it will be possible to taste dishes based on game at the Franchi stand (Hall 8 stand E8), made for the occasion by leading chefs with unique recipes, capable of making the most of the hunted game. Furthermore, on Sunday 17 May there will be a focus on the theme "Promotion of the territory through the enhancement of game meat"Which will see experts such as Bruno Beccaria, Director Franchi and Michele Milani, Author of the book, confront each other"Stories of hunting and cooking".
