FRANCHI FOOD ACADEMY will present at Caccia Village 2015 the gastronomic event dedicated to the enhancement of game cuisine.
La game becomes the protagonist of unusual and captivating tastings at the Franchi stand for the entire duration of the event. Sunday 17 May a focus with the experts, including nutrition, promotion of the territory and innovative recipes. Thanks to the collaboration with Franchi Food Academy, during all three days of the event it will be possible to taste dishes based on game at the Franchi stand (Hall 8 stand E8), made for the occasion by leading chefs with unique recipes, capable of making the most of the hunted game. Furthermore, on Sunday 17 May there will be a focus on the theme "Promotion of the territory through the enhancement of game meat"Which will see experts such as Bruno Beccaria, Director Franchi and Michele Milani, Author of the book, confront each other"Stories of hunting and cooking".
