As part of the activities of the Talk area of Caccia Village, an engaging round table entitled “Modern hunting: from nature to the table”, organized by Franchi, was held on Sunday 11 May. The event saw the participation of authoritative figures, including Andrea Cavaglià, Franchi testimonial, videomaker and mountain hunter, passionate about hunting trips and field storytelling, and chef Stefano Marinucci, recognized interpreter of game recipes with a different and unconventional cut.
The discussion explored how modern hunting is a complete experience, combining conscious choice, storytelling and taste.
During the meeting, we discussed how hunting can be an ethical and environmentally friendly activity, contributing to the protection of ecosystems and the valorization of gastronomic traditions. The round table also underlined the importance of a conscious and responsible relationship with the collections and the correct treatment of game immediately after killing, promoting sustainable and quality meat consumption.
The event attracted great interest among participants, who were able to delve into issues related to sustainability, quality cuisine and the narration of an ethical and modern hunt.
Franchi, together with Franchi Food Academy, continues to be a point of reference for all enthusiasts and operators in the sector, promoting a conscious and respectful approach to hunting practices.
