As part of the Caccia Village Talk area, an engaging roundtable discussion titled "Modern Hunting: From Nature to the Table," organized by Franchi, was held on Sunday, May 11th. The event featured prominent figures, including Franchi ambassador Andrea Cavaglià, a videomaker and mountain hunter passionate about hunting trips and field storytelling, and chef Stefano Marinucci, a recognized creator of unique and unconventional game recipes .

During the meeting, we discussed how hunting can be an ethical and environmentally friendly activity, contributing to the protection of ecosystems and the valorization of gastronomic traditions. The round table also underlined the importance of a conscious and responsible relationship with the collections and the correct treatment of game immediately after killing, promoting sustainable and quality meat consumption.
