Libera Caccia Grosseto criticizes the work of the Hunting Office of the Province of Grosseto which differs from the other Offices of the various Tuscan provinces for lack of initiatives and more.
Why does the Hunting Office of the Province of Grosseto always differ from the Hunting Offices of the other Provinces of Tuscany? Maybe politicians and officials from Grosseto feel they have to differentiate themselves from all the others? Or maybe the right connections are missing? Because? This is the question that hunters ask themselves more and more often and since there are no exhaustive answers, we turn to all readers so that they can answer through the press. - Why is the Province of Grosseto the only one in Tuscany that has not asked for hunting as an exception to the starling? Yet all the inhabitants of Grosseto remember the hardships that many had to endure last winter due to the guano left by these birds. Not to mention the money spent on damage to agriculture, to clean up the streets and to drive away these birds.
-Why does the Province of Grosseto not follow the example of other Tuscan Provinces by asking for the hunting in derogation of the Pigeon? Yet we all have to spend good money to clean the gutters of our roofs from the sewage that settles there. Not to mention the thousands of euros of damage caused to agricultural crops.
-Why do hunters have to be forced to have a computer or a smartphone in order to hunt for selection? Unfortunately from this year to book the exit you have to do it only via the internet and no longer by telephone. If keeping the phone was too expensive, considering that almost 50% of hunters are over sixty, why hasn't it been done as in other Tuscan Provinces by having only the hunting card stamped?
-Why does the minimum number of participants in wild boar hunts continue to increase, starting from 23 this year? Yet last season's figures show that this choice was a mistake. After all, the Hunting Office itself, while maintaining the law, has found a loophole to allow teams with a smaller number of participants to hunt in any case by mating with other teams. In this context, increasing the minimum number of team members does not make any sense.
-Why do you spend so much money to make reports, treaties, conferences on wolves or hybridized dogs and a few instead for those who, after a life of hard work, see their breeder business collapsing?
-And finally, why are the other Hunting Associations silent? Those who keep silent agree says a proverb!
