National Free Hunting Association challenges the Government measure which imposed on the Regions the advance closure of the hunting of turdidae and woodcock.
Acting as interpreter of the very justified discontent of Italian hunters, the Presidential Office of the National Free Hunting Association, today entrusted Prof. Avv. Fabrizio Lemme with the task of challenging the provision with which the Council of Ministers decided to unreasonably anticipate the closing of the hunting thrushes, woodcock and cesena as of January 20, 2015 in seven Italian regions.
The purpose of this appeal is to prevent the recurrence of episodes of unjustified exercise of the substitute power of the state over the regions in the future to the detriment of hunters. For this assignment, Prof. Lemme will make use of the scientific data in the possession of Libera Caccia and will be assisted by the Legal Department and the Technical Legislative Office of the Association.
