With decree n. 5417 of May 6, the extension of the date of approval of the financial statements of territorial areas and alpine hunting areas in Lombardia to July 31st. In the event of any further subsequent state provisions on the containment and management of the epidemiological emergency from COVID-19, a further extension will be evaluated, in any case by 31 December 2020, pursuant to art. 1 c. 3 of Lr 4/2020; pending approval of the financial statements and where the area or district had already prepared the budget, as required by art. 16 c. 2 of DGR 7/13854 of 2003 approving the "Criteria and guidelines for drafting the statute of territorial areas and alpine hunting areas", it will be possible, in order not to prejudice the planning of the hunting season in progress, proceed in accordance with the provisions of art. 19 of the aforementioned DGR or: "the management committee within the scope of its functions can order works or supplies within the limits set in the budget and in any case for a total amount never exceeding the ascertained cash availability."
As regards the procedures related to the registration of hunters to ATC and CAC, activities whose deadlines have been extended to 31 May by the same decree n. 5417/2020 cited above, it is specified that the deadline by which registration by ATC and CAC operators in the regional hunting application is strictly required is June 30, 2020, in order to make available the data necessary for printing the badges for the shipment to the hunter's home in time for the opening of the hunting season 2020-2021. The operating procedures remain the same as in previous years.
Finally, given the numerous requests received in this regard, we inform you that it is considered possible to proceed with the introduction of game, both for restocking purposes and for dog training, being the breeding activity linked to a specific agricultural zootechnical production chain (ATECO Code 01.49) and in consideration of the fact that, with the Ordinance of President Fontana, n. 539 of 3 May 2020, the training and training of dogs was allowed in specifically equipped areas and areas. Obviously, everything must be done in compliance with the health rules to ensure the limitation of social contact for the purposes of preventing any contagion and in compliance with the application of the measures provided for by the same DPCM, including respect for interpersonal distances and the use of personal protective equipment. EXTENSIONS
Lombardy Region has extended the hunting deadlines as follows:
- redelivery of badges on May 31, 2020;
- payment of fees to CAC and ATC as of May 31, 2020;
- communication of the variation of the form of hunting as of May 31, 2020;
- presentation of applications for admissions to CAC and ATC as of May 31, 2020;
- acceptance of applications for admission to CAC and ATC as of 30 June 2020;
- request for 10 days of migration from temporary posting in ATC and CAC other than that of registration as of May 31, 2020;
- release of the aforementioned 10 migration days as of 30 June 2020;
- annual meetings of the CAC and ATC as of July 31, 2020.
Extensions of hunting licenses
Following the conversion of the “Cura Italia” Decree into law, the hunting licenses expiring between January 31, 2020 and July 31, 2020 remain valid for the following 90 days from the declaration of termination of the state of emergency. The end of the state of emergency is currently set for around 31 July, so the validity is kept until 29 October 2020.
Proceedings for renewals are temporarily suspended. In days we will know for sure when they will reactivate.
