Ass.ne Wetland Italia Association for the Conservation of Wetlands
The activities of the association will be illustrated at the stand, which deals with conservation, management, defense, maintenance, restoration, as well as scientific research and study of wetlands as an indispensable element for the terrestrial environment and its biodiversity, through the use sustainable and compatible. The use of these areas in fact combines rural leisure activities (hunting and fishing), naturalistic hiking, birdwatching, educational, didactic, training and cultural programs that can be used by all, in particular schools, as well as the aggregation of many volunteers who dedicate part of their time to the maintenance and management of these environments, such as the cutting of weeds, the regulation of the water level, the planting of plant species and typical plants. Wetlands, in fact, if left to themselves and in the absence of human regulatory intervention - as has unfortunately happened in many areas - evolve into other biotopes and cease to exist and play their primary fundamental role of enriching biodiversity.
National Association of Aquatic Research Group - ANGRA
The Association will be present with a stand, where - in addition to illustrating its activities - will be hosted artisans, collectors and lovers of traditional aquatic hunting. L'ANGRA is a non-profit organization that makes use of collaborators scattered throughout the national territory. The aims are, in addition to the defense of traditional aquatic hunting, activities for study and research, particularly aimed at the conservation of wetlands, with attention aquatic avifauna and for proper wildlife management.
