Good cooking
This week, Federcaccia promotes knowledge and consumption of game meat through the campaign created by Face Europa in collaboration with the national hunting federations of the countries that are part of it. An initiative aimed at promoting Hunting in society through food and good cooking, in Italy and in Europe.
A sustainable product
Here are the words of FIDC president Massimo Buconi: "Federcaccia wants to encourage reflection on the increased consumption of game, a healthy, renewable, sustainable product. The invitation I extend to all of you is to publish photos of your home recipes so that a positive network can be built".
An action to promote
Buconi added: “In this way, hunting culture is also promoted. Already today, NOVISMA research tells us that in Italy 74% of citizens consume game meat, but perhaps occasionally and without awareness of the whole world behind it. Let's therefore take a positive action for our health, for society and for hunting”.
