La hare meat has a strong flavor and strong, ideal to be consumed in the colder months accompanied by a good glass of red wine. Ingredients
500 g of boned hare leg
3 cloves of garlic
3 sprigs of rosemary
250 g of pickled pickled vegetables
3 anchovies in salt
3 tablespoons of salted capers
half a liter of red wine
extra virgin olive oil

Preparation
The first thing to do if we want to accomplish it hare stew is to take a thigh and boning it. Once deprived of the bones we have to cut the meat into pieces and put it in marinate with some wine in a bowl for 5-6 hours. Since hare meat has a strong taste, the choice must fall on a full-bodied wine to dampen the flavor and make it more tender.

Just cut the vegetables into cubes and boil them in water with vinegar, salt, a pinch of sugar and a few bay leaves to give them flavor.
