It is with profound sadness that today I say goodbye to a pillar of our editorial team, the dear friend and historic collaborator Emanuele Tabasso, who left us. The news of his passing has cast a shadow of pain on this day, leaving an unfillable void. Emanuele, as well as an extraordinary hunter, was a man gifted with elegance, courtesy and competence, traits that made him special. His passion for hunting made him become a point of reference for all enthusiasts, and his absence will be particularly felt among the many friends with whom he shared wonderful hunting adventures.
Emanuele was a great journalist who contributed not only to the growth of our Caccia Passione magazine, dedicating over 15 years of activity, but he brought prestige to the entire arms sector. His commitment, his knowledge, his teachings and advice will always be an integral part of our editorial identity.
I fondly remember the days spent together with Emanuele, sharing laughter and great meals during moments of relaxation between one journalistic report and another. But Emanuele was much more, a giant of culture, a great lover of vintage cars, sailing and everything that required ingenuity and knowledge. His generous spirit and savoir-faire will remain a beacon for all of us at Caccia Passione and for me a teacher and guide who will continue to inspire my journalistic work.
Today I say goodbye to an extraordinary man, but his memory will live on through the stories we shared, the lessons he taught me, and the indelible imprint he left on our hearts.
Emanuele rest in peace, knowing that you have left a legacy of passion and friendship in the world you loved so deeply.
May you now finally chase that moose you've been longing for.
Weidmannsheil, my friend.
Goodbye, Pierfilippo
