Rispescia is located in Maremma Regional Park, consequently it will be possible to taste the best specialties of this cuisine. The food stands will open from Friday to Sunday 19: 30 and they will cook traditional specialties such as acquacotta and panzanella, an exquisite meat that is cooked on the grill, as well as sweets and seasonal fruit. For the panzanella, a few days old Tuscan bread is used (preferably naturally leavened, cooked in wood).
The festival will take place at the sports field and will also be a unique opportunity for children, as there are several games, without forgetting the market of typical local products, music and dancing. The organization has been taken care of in every detail by the Rispescia Amateur Sports Association in collaboration with local volunteers.
