Sergio Berlato, regional councilor of Veneto, is confirmed at the forefront of legislative proposals that have to do with the hunting world. Just yesterday, Wednesday May 18 2016, its submission of an amendment to the Regional Law number 50 of 1993 (“Regulations for the protection of wildlife and for hunting”). In particular, the aim was to introduce mobility for the hunting for migratory game.
Berlato presented the amendment to the Third Commission and the suggested changes are essentially two. First of all, reference was made toarticle 1 bis: the hunter can have fifteen days of hunting in roaming form to hunt migratory game, to be precise from the first Sunday of October of each season and in the ATCs and in the Veneto Alpine Districts in which it is registered.
The days could become 30 in the case of other forms of hunting, with the exception of the faunal area of the Alps and of lagoon and valley territory. Furthermore, the days proposed by Berlato would have a peculiarity: for the fruition, in fact, the hunter would not be forced to apply or to perfect some specific fulfillment, apart from the circle to be indelibly affixed to the hunting card of the day used as an exception to the chosen option.
