Piero Forastieri, number one of the cultural circle ofNational Free Hunting Association, read with amazement the interview released by the WWF representative regarding the degrato of Alberete Tips. This is the protected natural area that rises ten kilometers from Ravenna, to be precise between the towns of Casalborsetti, Marina Romea and Porto Corsini. The feeling comes from the fact that the management of this site has been entrusted to the environmental association for some time.
The criticisms, therefore, would be out of place. Forastieri then recalled the typical attitude of environmentalists, according to which nature must rebalance itself and the intervention of men must be reduced to a minimum. Despite the fifty ecological days organized by huntersmoreover, these pine forests are in an unenviable, not to say pitiful state.
Other interventions were authorized by the Municipality of Ravenna, which is strongly interested in the future of this portion of the territory. The president does not understand however the space reserved by the press for environmentalists and animal rights activists compared to a lack of commitment as regards manual work. Libera Caccia agrees with the WWF that the call for the management of the natural site is carried out quickly, taking into account everything that twenty years it has never been done.
