The municipal council of Aviano, in the province of Pordenone, has formalized the extension of a very important deadline for hunters in the area. As reported by the Messaggero Veneto, this is the adjustment of the hunting terraces that were made on public land, the classics fixed stalking which has been talked about a lot in recent weeks in relation to Veneto. The extension concerns the hunters who are part of the reserve, a possibility that, however, was introduced last year.
Also according to the newspaper, the snowfalls that occurred during the month of February in the hamlet of Piancavallo did not allow the normal inspection visits to be carried out. The Friulian municipality would also like to reduce the annual concession fee, currently equal to 70 euros. The week that begins today will be decided to bring the extension to the attention of the city council. The regulation of 2015 it had two immediate consequences.
In fact, the hunters immediately asked to cut the tax just mentioned and also to modify the territorial limit of the roof terraces from the paths and ski slopes (300 meters to be precise). The municipality should grant exemptions regarding this distance, an assessment that will be made as appropriate. The verification was prevented by the snow and therefore it is possible to understand the reason for the extension. The time extension should be extended to the next one 31th December, later on, consideration will also be given to the downsizing of the government concession.
The roof terraces have the sole purpose of allowing firings to be carried out with maximum safety (you shoot from top to bottom: any empty shot is planted in the ground). For this the FVG Region has promoted its construction. The safety distances are already established by the national 157. Setting distances also from the paths marked by the CAI, as the Municipality intends to do, implies denying the possibility of carrying out the hunting activity, given that these paths are everywhere. We trust in common sense.
