Hunting and Fauna: Udine, a large wild boar weighing about 120 kilos, enters a house by breaking through a French window and then flees to the fields.
It happened in Fraforeano di Ronchis, in the province of Udine, a large wild boar weighing about 120 kilos was spotted by some inhabitants while it was wandering through the streets of the town who warned the Carabinieri of the local station; shortly after, before the police could arrive, the animal broke through a French window and entered a house inside which fortunately there was no one.
According to the witnesses, the wild boar seemed frightened and shortly after entering the house he came out through the same French window, now completely demolished, fleeing into the nearby fields. The case reopens the question of extending wild boar hunting as proposed by the Hunting Associations, in derogation from the Hunting Calendar which ends it on February XNUMXst, as the populations of this species have multiplied excessively in recent years.
