Subject: amendment to the Stability Law no. 17.44 DE PETRIS, URAS, CIRINNA 'of 14/11/2013
Dear Bitonci and dear Comaroli,
we have information that in the context of the works of the Budget Commission in the Senate, the proposed amendment on the Stability Law aimed at increasing the government concession fee for rifle port licenses referred to in the Decree of the President of the Republic of 26 October will be discussed 1972 n. 641 (hunting use).
I would like to point out that as regards the hunting users of my region but, I believe also of the others, an increase would be unsustainable if compared to the reduced financial capacities of the category mainly composed of pensioners and employees, to the tight conditions and times of hunting. shamefully reduced compared to the neighboring France for us, to the total lack of certainty of the right to be able to exercise the activity for which one has paid (5 appeals to the administrative judiciary on the current Ligurian hunting calendar, with at the moment, 10 days of hunting lost ).
The above leads me to ask you, having also heard the Ligurian National Secretariat of the Movement, to take any initiative aimed at rejecting the increase of said government concession tax, pointing out that most of the Ligurian hunters would demand reimbursement, due to the impediments received. of a percentage of that paid for the current season.
Thank you for your kind attention and I look forward to your kind feedback on this.
