Hunting and live calls, maximum willingness to collaborate on the part of the national hunting associations.
Following the requests made and the letters most recently sent on 5 June to the Presidency of the Council, the Honorable Ministers concerned and the European Commission, the leaders of the recognized National Hunting Associations, Federcaccia, Enalcaccia, Arci Caccia, Libera Caccia, ANUU Migratoristi , were able to represent on 10 June to the Ministry of the Environment the point of view of the hunting world in relation to the story of the live calls and the authorizations in derogation referred to in Article 15 of the Community, expressing interest in changes to to allow maximum clarity in the formulation and application of existing legislation. On the matter in question, the Chamber of Deputies yesterday approved the following amendment:
"3. The capture activity for ringing and for transfer for recall purposes can only be carried out by plants whose authorization is held by the Provinces and which are managed by qualified personnel and assessed as suitable by the National Institute for Wildlife [today Ispra]. The authorization for the management of these plants is granted by the regions "in compliance with the conditions and procedures provided for in Article 19-bis" on the opinion of the National Institute for Wildlife [now Ispra], which also carries out control tasks and certification of the activity carried out by the plants themselves and determines the period of activity. "
The Hunting Associations have declared the broadest collegial willingness to contribute during the parliamentary process to any useful contribution for the purposes indicated above.
