At the FEIN Ornithological Observatory of Arosio the first ten days of May correspond to the end of the monitoring of the pre-nuptial migration but also to the beginning of the breeding project, which this year has reached its seventeenth edition. The project will involve, as usual, the technicians of the Arosiana station through the scientific ringing technique accompanied by observations with the aid of binoculars and listening to the song until the end of July. This activity is used to understand which species use the territory and the surrounding areas to reproduce. Four transects have been prepared in the area under examination in order to ensure excellent coverage to acquire the greatest number of data, essential elements for an ornithological study characterized by maximum reliability.
