A consolidated tradition
An event that is becoming a tradition organized by the group Youth of Federcaccia Lombardia. Sunday 22 December, starting at 7.30:40, the third edition of CACCIA GIOVANE will take place, a day open to all Under XNUMX enthusiasts of Fidc. It will be a day dedicated to hunting, but also to comparison, at the AFV Belvedere. For all those interested, a few places are still available, for a day that will feature enthusiasts from Lombardy, but also friends from Trentino, Piedmont, Marche and Abruzzo. The Youth group of Federcaccia Lombardia was born with the aim of transmitting to the youngest the skills related to the hunting and association world. "This year - explains the contact Costantino Gentile -, we have welcomed young people who have just turned eighteen and are already distinguishing themselves in managing social communication at a national level. A fundamental aspect of our work is to keep members always updated on the activities of Federcaccia Lombardia and Nazionale, from initiatives at decision-making tables to events and fairs".
Significant growth
In the last two years, there has been a significant growth in the group's skills, especially in the field of communication: from taking accurate and respectful photographs of the animal taken, to understanding the decision-making processes that guide political and regulatory choices. "Some young people have taken on active roles within the Federcaccia structure, while others have dedicated themselves to organizing days as Paladini del Territorio. There is also no shortage of traditional socialization events, such as the Cena Giovani Federcaccia and the Cacciata Giovani Federcaccia, alongside smaller meetings for those who share specific passions, such as reloading, dog breeding, wildlife management or hunting policy".
A year of commitment
With Sunday's event, we say goodbye to another year of commitment to supporting hunting: see you next year. "For 2025, we want to continue to follow our motto, Ludendo Docere: adding a pinch of knowledge every day, but always in a convivial and fun atmosphere. In addition, we would like to involve some young people, as guests, in the provincial councils, to offer them the opportunity to directly understand the challenges and commitments to be faced" (source: FIDC).
