With enthusiasm and attention, Michele Napoletano, Mayor of Airola, welcomed the Management Committee of the Hunting Territorial Area of Benevento, highlighting why in the past there has been interest and sensitivity to the arguments that the hunting world is currently promulgating. The President of the ATC dr. Gianluca Aceto, accompanied by the Vice President Luigi Luongo and the members of the management committee, Filippo Venditti, Michele Buonanno and Serino Cesare explained to the respondent audience that for over twenty years, since the promulgation of Law 157/92, there have been territorial management bodies for the exercise of hunting, called Territorial Areas of Hunting. "No interest has ever been brought to the attention of the 78 municipalities of the province of Benevento for the management of the hunting territory, no hunting management plan was brought to the evidence of the municipal administrations, from 1993 until the establishment of the new management committee, renewed last May ”, President Aceto pointed out“ and it is our intention ”he continued“ to interest all the municipalities in order to have the willingness to consciously manage the territories involved in the activities carried out by this new committee, renewed and bloodied ”.
"The management of the hunting territory" explained the member Venditti "in the past it was the prerogative of a small circle of hunting associations, as the old law provided for only three hunting associations, those with more numbers of members, and therefore there was always the race by the same to have the greatest number of members in order to be part of the competent management bodies. Valid enthusiasm was expressed both by the Deputy Mayor of Paolisi, Vincenzo Parrella, and by the Deputy Mayor of Moiano, Vito Massaro, for the action that the new organizational machine of the Hunting Territorial Area of Benevento has finally put in place, showing its closeness to the aggregate communities of the agricultural, environmental and hunting world not only, but also proximity to the territory through the municipal administrations, the real souls of the territory, which willingly welcome the initiatives of the ATC of Benevento.
The Deputy Mayor of Airola, Vincenzo Falzarano, was also present at the meeting.
