Hunting: Brescia, the Hunting Association gathered together illustrate the requirements necessary for the census of live decoy birds for hunting purposes for the purpose of insertion in the database.
During a meeting of the hunting associations, held on Tuesday 29 October at the headquarters of the Provincial Hunting Department, the requirements that hunters must fulfill to complete the census of live calls possessed for inclusion in database. We will be able to return to the subject: now we limit ourselves to reporting the provisions dictated by the department, which we thank for having taken on the commitment to directly enter all the data of the rings of all the hunters, whether they have fulfilled the census, whether they do so now, setting the next 30 December 2013 as the deadline. The hunter who has completed forms 1 and 2 does not have to do anything more. You will receive the rings in a personalized bag. The bags will be sent by the supplier company to the Province which will deliver them to the hunter or hunting associations. All rings (bands) must be replaced by April 15, 2014. The hunter who has completed form 3 only has to fill in form 2 with the codes of the breeding calls and deliver them to their association or province (only in exceptional cases) by 30 December 2013.
Nothing is required for catch calls as all legible and illegible rings are replaced. 1) The associations collect forms 2 and deliver them to the Province by 30 December 2013 with the attached list that the Broletto will stamp as a receipt (hunters whose associations do not intend to join the census can deliver the forms directly to the Province, only short manuals) ; 2) the Province, by February 15, 2014, will provide for the data entry of the codes of the calls reared.
The hunter who has not adhered to the creation of the database will be able to do so no later than 30 December 2013: a) must fill in form 1 (indicating the quantity of all the catch calls owned, whether you read the code or not) and form 2 (indicating all breeding recall codes); b) the forms must be delivered to the associations that send them to the provincial offices with an attached list for receipt no later than 30 December 2013.
Hunters, who still cannot access the database yet, will find within it the calls declared in July 2013 and any calls received to the centers in the current hunting season (which the Province will insert in the database by the end of January of next year). .
