Hunting in Campania: the new law provides for a wild boar management system to prevent damage caused by them.
The councilor of the Campania Region, Donato Pica, makes it known that the new regional law on hunting activity voted in the session of the Campania Regional Council on 25 July 2012 contains a device aimed at regulating the massive presence of ungulates in the areas of the Cilento National Park , the Vallo di Diano and the Alburni.

Councilor Pica explains on the matter, "The law provides that the regional council with its own regulation and based on the data of the wild boar populations detected by the competent territorial bodies, fix the methods and periods, even different from those identified for the hunting activity. , for the adoption of control and reduction systems for the animal species ".
