Hunting: Caserta, the Provincial Wildlife Hunting Technical Committee established; the repopulation of hares, pheasants and gray partridges has already been planned among the first works.
In the headquarters of the Province of Caserta, in Viale Lamberti (former Saint Gobain area), the Provincial Wildlife Hunting Technical Committee (Ctfvp) has been established, established by decree of last December 30 signed by the President of the Province, Domenico Zinzi. It is an important technical-advisory body, provided for by regional laws 8/1996 and 12/2013, and is composed of the president of the provincial administration or his delegate, who chairs it, the manager of the Hunting and Fishing Office, and the representatives of hunting, environmental and agricultural associations. During the work of the committee, chaired by the provincial councilor Domenico Carrillo (in the photo) - delegate to hunting - the 2014 repopulation of the fauna was planned, which provides for the purchase and placing on the territories with a fauna vocation of 700 hares, of 8000 pheasants (2000 more than last year), as well as 2000 gray partridges.
The representatives of the committee expressed great satisfaction with the increase in the number of wild animals for restocking and made proposals and suggestions deemed worthy of consideration by the president of the assembly. The launch of the game, as per law, will take place at the close of the current hunting year, and is scheduled for next March.
“We have taken into account - explained the councilor Carrillo - the requests coming from the world of hunting which, through the activities and proposals made by the associations in the sector, has provided an important contribution to the realization of this repopulation program. Compared to last year we have increased the quantity of pheasants placed on the territory: this testifies to the attention that the Province, and in particular President Zinzi, dedicates to the hunting sector and its operators ”.
