Hunting in the Avellino area. A few years ago, on 9 October 2011, during a normal check in the Lioni area, two hunting surveillance agents of the Italian Federation of Hunting - Provincial Section of Avellino, had raised a fine with a specific report against a local hunter for an infringement of the hunting regulations.
The hunter had opposed the sanction but during the bureaucratic process a discrepancy emerged between the copy of the original report and the copy issued to the cacciatore; a real falsification of the infringement assessment report.
For the violation of the criminal code, the two gamekeepers had been reported on the loose and during the trial against them the lawyer of the injured party was able to demonstrate the actual falsification of the assessment report; the two accused controllers were then sentenced by the Court of Avellino to eight months' imprisonment for the crime of "material forgery in a public document committed by a public official" competition between them pursuant to art. 476 of the criminal code.
Following the sentence of the Court, the Judge has already assigned to the hunter, the injured party in the criminal proceedings and the civil party, a provisional one on the greater damage; moreover, the hunter will have the right to compensation for moral damages paid separately.
