Among the various associations present at Hunting & Country Expo in Forlì (scheduled from 25 November) there will also be the non-profit organization UNA Foundation (Man Nature Environment). Participation in this important event will be characterized by three educational events dedicated to school groups and visitors to the fair, With the traced game food chain as the main argument.
These meetings, whose title is “Wild and Good”, will last 30 minutes and will be held by Michael Milani, publisher of important books dedicated to the cooking of game. It will therefore be an opportunity to better understand this project and how making the supply chain safer from the forest to the table. Those who go to the fair will also discover how incredible the nutritional characteristics and flavor of wild meat are.
“Selvatici e Buoni” avails itself of the collaboration of the University of Gastronomic Sciences of Pollenzo (Cuneo), the Veterinary Department of the University of Milan and the Italian Preventive Veterinary Society. The three events on November 26 will start at 10, 11 and 15:30: the first two times are reserved for students, the last one for visitors, both adults and children. Each event will eventually end with a snack based on game salami offered by the Sant'Uberto Agricultural Company.
