Change the hunting in Emilia Romagna. The Economic Policies Commission, chaired by Luciana Serri, approved the draft law initiated by the Giunta which contains amendments to the regional law for the protection of wildlife and for the exercise of hunting activities, of which Gian Luigi Molinari is the rapporteur (Pd ); the minority speaker is Massimiliano Pompignoli (Ln). The Pd and Sel articles voted in favor, Ln and M5s abstained. The bill is now awaited in the Chamber for the final exam.
The draft law "adapts the regional regulations on the protection of wildlife and hunting activities to the legislative changes introduced by the reform of the regional and local government system". It is, recalled President Serri, “a fundamental regulatory revision to approve the Regional hunting calendar and allow the management of hunting until the complete reform of the regional law in force expected towards the end of the year ".
Three amendments were presented by Molinari, first signatory, and Serri (Pd) and one by the two rapporteurs Molinari, first signatory, and Pompignoli, a proposal for amendment also signed by Manuela Rontini, Serri and Mirco Bagnari del Pd, Tommaso Foti (Fdi- An) and Andrea Liverani (Ln), all approved by a majority. On the other hand, two sub-amendments presented by Andrea Bertani (M5s) were rejected.
The amendment signed by Pd, Ln and Fdi-An, explained the speakers Molinari and Pompignoli, "clarifies the rules on fixed stalking strictly functional to hunting, providing for those of a precarious and easily removable nature, a simple communication to the territorially competent Municipality and limiting the certified notification of start of activity (Scia) only to fixed stations that do not have removable characteristics.
Both sub-amendments signed by Bertani (M5s) insisted on this amendment, the most significant of which, as the proponent himself pointed out, "aimed at restricting the type of fixed postings for which only administrative communication is required by way of authorization. ".
