Caccia Pesca Ambiente Sardegna writes to Governor Pigliaru to report yet another disrespectful behavior of the rights of hunters by the Office Hunting of the Department of the Environment.
Reporting request for CRF documents. Pisanu Marco Efisio Dear President, Honorable Councilors, Hereby we want to bring to the attention of the SS.LL. yet another disrespectful behavior of the rights of the category of hunters carried out by the hunting office of the Environment Department.
Before illustrating the recent events, we would like to remind you that already on 18/11/2014, with our note n ° 90/14 asked for the revocation of the mandate of the Councilor for the Environment for not having complied with the deadlines set by LR 11/95. In this regard, we would like to point out that to date, the Commissions for the Hunting Qualification of the Provinces of CI, OR and VS have not yet been appointed, despite the sit-in organized by this Association on 10 December 2014, the Councilor promised to remedy the breach in a very short time. I don't know how you consider the time frame, but for us three months is an infinity!
With reference to the above, we would like to bring to your attention the vicissitudes regarding the drafting of the minutes of the Regional Fauna Committee of the meeting of last January 8th.
On February 5, 2015, the Secretary of the CRF sent us the draft of the minutes of the session of January 8, consequently the undersigned asked that some statements made in the CRF but not reported on the draft of the minutes be reported. After the legitimate requests of the undersigned, there was an exchange of emails with the Secretary of the CRF, who did not want to accept some requests presented. Following this, the Director General of the Department also intervened, who with note n ° 2750 of 12.02.2014, presented his observations, promptly replicated by the undersigned.
The fact that we consider more serious is the verbal response that the Secretary of the CRF gave to the undersigned Association on 5/03/2015, which, by overturning the rules adopted up to now, communicated to the undersigned that he did not intend to send a copy of the final report of the CRF meeting on January 8th.
The situation that has arisen, in addition to not being in line with the principles of democracy and transparency, is certainly not giving honor and good publicity to the Regional Administration.
We hereby ask that an internal investigation be launched to verify whether there are any responsibilities regarding the late appointment of the Hunting Qualification Commissions and to ascertain the work of the Hunting Office of the Environment Department. Since it is not possible to understand otherwise, we ask you the Honorable President what is the role of the Secretary taking the minutes and, in particular, whether it falls within his institutional functions to decide whether or not to include in the minutes the requests and observations made by the members of the CRF.
Pending reply pursuant to Law 241/90, and Legislative Decree 33/2013, best regards.
The Regional President
Marco Efisio Pisanu
