“Hunting, Fishing, Sport, Tradition”, the Festa dei Cacciatori is staged in Casella, in the province of Genoa from 19 to 21 June 2015.

It will open its doors on Friday 19th to continue until Sunday 21st “Hunting, Fishing, Sport and Tradition”, the feast of the hunting organized by Federcaccia Liguria with the active commitment of the Municipal section of Casella-Valbrevenna, which is presented this year in an enriched and renewed edition. The event lays its foundations on the traditional "Festa dei Cacciatori", which has been held annually for the past 11 years with the aim of enhancing all expressions related to hunting, including dog lovers, with particular regard to the arms sector, initiatives relating to the outdoor world, fishing and gastronomy with the promotion of typical local products and hunting culinary culture.

The festival includes three days full of events and attractions for everyone, from institutional enthusiasts, to young people, to families, organized from the early hours of the morning until the evening after dinner. The location is the traditional one of Casella (GE), located in the immediate hinterland of the Ligurian capital, on the border with Piedmont, on the Genoa / Milan motorway axis. The event is easily reachable from the Busalla motorway exit (A7 Milan - Genoa), from which it is about 7 KM away, is served by public transport, railway traffic (Busalla Station) and the characteristic "Casella train" that connects it to Genoa.

The area has large car parks located in the immediate vicinity. Among the various scheduled appointments, which can be seen in detail at the Fiera website fidcliguria.wix.com/casellafieracaccia, we note in particular that of Sunday 21 June at 10 am at the conference room stand, where a round table on research will be held. and studies aimed at acquiring data and knowledge useful for correct hunting planning and management.

Numerous interventions are planned. The meeting will be opened by the National President of the FIdC Gian Luca Dall'Olio, who will address the issue of the substitute power of the Council of Ministers in the context of hunting policies; to follow we will talk about the new Ligurian regional hunting calendar 2015/2016 with the Regional President Federcaccia Matteo Anfossi and the Provincial President of Genoa Andrea Campanile. We will then continue with the interventions of the National Vice President of the FIdC Lorenzo Carnacina on the fundamental importance of research and of Dr. Michele Sorrenti, scientific technical manager of the Birdlife Migratory Office, on the recent studies relating to the pre-nuptial migration of the Song Thrush with reference to the key concepts. We will also talk about live recalls, the hypothesis of infringement procedure (EUPILOT 6955/14 / ENVI) and the revision process of the Key Concepts document with Alessio Piana, Regional President of ANUUMigratoristi.

The intervention of the Regional Councilor is also foreseen regarding the law n.15 / 2015 regarding the reorganization of the functions of the provinces and repercussions on the hunting activity in the Liguria Region. During the meeting the research "gonads of the Liguria Region" by Mirvana Feletti will be presented. The honorable MEP Renata Briano will participate in the event.
