Among the permitted forms of hunting there is that of stalking which provides as a prerogative the possibility of building in a stable or temporary way a stakeout - which hunters know as a hut - where to wait for the arrival of the game. National legislation dictates specific rules for their constitution and allowed hunting possibilities.
FIXED STANDS:
They have the character of temporary stability and legally defined as those "built with solid materials with site preparation, intended for hunting amplino for an entire hunting season, such as: huts, boats and rafts permanently anchored and the like placed in the marshes, in ponds and on the edges of natural or artificial bodies of water " Fixed positions are also divided into:

Fixed stand for aquatics intended for hunting ducks and waders. All three types provide for a further distinction if with use of live calls and without use of live calls.
This distinction must be appropriately indicated at the time of the formal request to the competent administration.
The realization of the fixed posts requires the respect of defined distances. Specifically, they must be done remotely not less than:
400 meters from the Protection Oasis, Restocking and Capture Areas, public and private wildlife breeding centers.
200 meters from other fixed positions.
For the fixed stalking at the wood pigeon the respect distance from a similar posting must be at least 500 meters.
For the particular type of hunting of wood pigeon stalking, additional huts can also be created that are within a radius of 50 meters from the main hut. Fixed postings cannot be arbitrarily created but specific authorization must be requested from the Provincial Administration which is valid for three years. Obviously, since the fixed posting is in fact a settlement having a stable character, it is necessary to have the authorization of the owner of the land in which it stands.
The maximum number of fixed stalking concessions for each hunter is two.
