Hunting: In Calabria the Municipalities begin the distribution of the Hunting Cards for the 2011-2012 hunting season. Reggio Calabria, 26 Aug - The Councilor of the Province of Reggio Calabria, with responsibility for hunting, Gaetano Rao chaired a technical-operational meeting with the representatives of the hunting associations operating in the area.
The topics covered include the distribution of cards to municipalities and, in particular, the problem concerning the first issue of the hunting card to new hunters.
The Hunting Sector of the Province, also upon agreement of the hunting associations, has started the distribution of the hunting badges pertaining to the 2011-2012 Hunting Season, making use of the Municipalities and involving the "SAT" peripheral offices in this type of activity, based in Locri and Gioia Tauro.

In order to meet the legitimate needs of the new hunters, entitled to the first issue of the card, who would encounter many difficulties in reaching the offices of the Department located in Reggio Calabria, it was established, on the recommendation of Councilor Rao, that interested parties, to obtain the first issue of the Hunting Card, can go to the nearest Agricultural Territorial Services of the Province of Reggio Calabria.
