Once again the bad information makes a bad impression on the Ligurian environmentalists (VAS-WWF) who, confident of receiving the precautionary suspension on the subject of wildlife planning in Liguria from the Council of State, had, on 08/05/2014, given for granted their request. Instead, the Council of State - tired of these absurd requests - postponed all the matter to the specific hearing on October 28, 2014 with this specific reason, which is a warning to those who so hastily spread false and tendentious news: " case must be investigated with the completed resolution proper to the examination on the merits due to its complexity, given that the dispute also concerns issues of constitutionality of the applicable regional legislation; Having noted that both parties represent reasons of urgency constituted for the appellants by the possible incidence, for the birds, of a hunting management considered illegitimate and, for the appealed Administrations, by the need to define the reference framework for the planning activity of the Provinces in certain temporal terms; Consequently, considering that the precautionary reasons proposed by the appellants are adequately protected with the setting of the hearing on the merits for the discussion of the appeal ", everything was, therefore, reserved for the hearing on 28/10/2014.
