“As you can see, the scheduled days are those of Wednesday 01/09/2021 and Sunday 05/09/2021 6.00 - 19.00. The withdrawal will be allowed only for the transfer type in the manner described and on the basis of the provisions of resolution no. 665 of 21/06/2021. Despite our repeated arguments also of a technical-scientific nature, the Region has decided to reconfirm what was anticipated by excluding the hunting of wild turtledove ”.
The withdrawal must be made in the following ways:
to. in vineyards, olive groves and orchards as well in the vicinity of the same for a radius of 100 meters; the collection is allowed even in the presence of scattered vegetational nuclei (even just one plant) as long as it is in the ground;
b. in the presence of the hanging fruit and in the soils where bloodless dissuasive systems are in place to protect crops.
In addition, it was resolved in 25.000 the total number of starlings (Sturnus vulgaris) that can be collected in Tuscany in 2021 in implementation of this provision.
