The rules to follow
In order to ensure a correct performance of the hunting activity and to make the pre-opening day a moment of socializing in the company of friends and fellow hunters, we want to briefly recall some of the main rules to which we will have to follow.
• The installation of the temporary posting must take place only one hour before the scheduled time for the start of the hunting day and only spontaneous, shrubby or herbaceous vegetation belonging to species not protected by current legislation can be used.
Temporary stalking made of artificial material (canvases, etc.) is clearly allowed.
Another recommendation is to check the distances from other fixed and temporary positions.
• Maintain a distance of m. 80 between temporary stalking;
• 100 m between temporary and fixed while 200 m between temporary and fixed palmipeds and waders.
• Temporary stalking must respect a distance of not less than 100 m from the no-hunting areas (this limit does not apply to distances from the Wildlife Hunting Companies, Agrituristico Venatorie, closed grounds, etc.).
• It is forbidden to hunt at a distance of less than 100 m from agricultural machinery in operation;
• “It is forbidden to shoot from a distance of less than 150 m in the direction of buildings, buildings and buildings used as homes or workplaces by railways and carriage roads, except for those on farm and inter-estate…. from stables and stazzi, fences and delimited areas intended for the shelter and feeding of livestock during the period of agro-forestry-pastoral use ".
• Hunting is prohibited at a distance of less than 50 m from railway communication routes and carriage roads.
• The distance to be kept from buildings and permanent buildings used as homes or workplaces is 100 m.
• After killing the head of game, recovery must be carried out, remembering not to leave the weapon unattended in the staging and exit it with an unloaded shotgun and in a special case. The killed head as soon as it is ascertained will be immediately noted on the regional hunting card.
At the end of the hunting exercise, the temporary stake will be removed immediately.
This also applies to any movements during the hunting day from one site to another. Care must be taken to collect the shells of fired cartridges, not only to respect the law, but above all out of respect and care for our territory and to give a civil and respectful image of the hunter. Retrieving dogs are not allowed on pre-opening days (source: CCT).
