Law proposal
La Veneto region is solving the problem of temporary sheds regarding the modification of the site. In this regard, a bill was filed on the initiative of councilor Marco Andreoli, president of the Third Commission, for the amendments to the regional law of 9 December 1993, n. 50 “Regulations for the protection of wild fauna and for hunting”.
Discussion in September
In order not to run into the problems that arose last year, the Control Room of the regional hunting associations immediately took action for this bill which will be discussed in the Commission on September 4th: the hope is that the process be fast and timely for the hunting season.
What to highlight
To this end, it is deemed appropriate to outline, in a specific article and related explanatory annex, and for hunting purposes also with the provision of a specific sanction, further provisions regarding precarious and temporary postings, in order to highlight:
a) which works, structures and works would constitute a modification of the site and as such prohibited in the specific case in the absence of a title
b) and vice versa, which actions, if they occur in the specific case, specific to the creation of such stakeouts do not constitute preparation of the site in its modification, as they do not carry out forms of functional and permanent modification of an area and for a non-contingent, temporary purpose and occasional, which contradicts or alters, in non-reversible forms and measures, the vocation of the area itself.
