Hunting prohibited in the Oristano area. In recent days a fire has devastated about five hectares of wood in the area between Nureci and Genoni, in the province of Oristano; for about two hours the fire brigade of Ales worked tirelessly to put out the flames using also two helicopters, a canadair and taking advantage of the collaboration of foresters, civil protection of Laconi and dozens of volunteers.
About a week after the fire, the Mayor of Nureci, Sandrino Concas, announces that the wooded area affected by the fire will be forbidden to hunting and grazing for fifteen years. The mayor then recalled that for those who did not respect the prohibition, both for hunting and for grazing, there are financial penalties.
