Hunting: Puglia, the Regional Council re-proposes the 2015/2016 Hunting Calendar revoking the previous provision due to technical problems.
With the resolution of the regional council n.1363 / 2015, the regional administration proposes the regional hunting calendar valid for the hunting 2015-2016; the new provision at the same time revokes the previous resolution no. 1169 of 26 May 2015.
The Region informs that this re-proposal was made necessary in consideration of the fact that the Regional Hunting Calendar, for mere technical error? administrative, was previously approved by the Hunting Program and that the latter must be adopted, pursuant to the provisions of Regional Law no. 27/98, preparatory to the aforementioned Hunting Calendar.
Having considered this, in order to avoid any disputes of the illegality of the act and give it the necessary regulatory legitimacy, the Regional Council decided to re-approve the Hunting Calendar and revoke the previous resolution at the same time.
