The hunting season is approaching, Sunday 1 September the first day of "pre-opening", with the first of four days of anticipation exclusively from fixed or temporary stakeout from 5,45 am to 13 pm (summer time) with the exception of the Pre-park of the Po Delta and the coastal strip, to the sea of Statale 16 Adriatica (old route) and Statale Romea. On Sunday 1, Thursday 5 and Sunday 8 September, it is possible to practice blackbird hunting (maximum daily game bag of 5 animals), turtledove (maximum daily game bag of 15 animals), magpie, hooded crow and jay; Thursday 12 exclusively to magpie, hooded crow and jay. Hunting notwithstanding the starling and the wild pigeon (pay attention to the different times) - With resolution number 979 of last July 15, the Emilia-Romagna Region, in order to add a further tool to the eternal fight aimed at limiting damage from wildlife to agricultural production, authorized the hunting notwithstanding the starling and the wild pigeon and the relative operating procedures. It will be possible to withdraw the transfer from 1 September to 30 November, in the areas and on the days in which the anticipation of the hunting exercise is allowed, in the Municipalities where damages caused by this species in the last four years have been paid; the municipalities of Riolo Terme, Casola Valsenio and the upper part of Brisighella are excluded.
How and where will it be possible to hunt the transfer by way of derogation? And the introduction, always in derogation, of the killing of the wild pigeon how can it happen? What other novelties does the 2013-2014 hunting calendar include? These questions will be answered by the assembly promoted by the Provincial Coordination of the Territorial Areas of Hunting of the province of Ravenna scheduled for Wednesday 28 August 2013 at 20,30 at the Municipal Theater of Russi (via Cavour 10. Tel 0544 580742).
The assembly is open to hunters, farmers, environmentalists. Three items on the agenda, all aimed at providing clarifications in view of the opening of the hunting activity: hunting in derogation of the starling and wild pigeon; provincial hunting calendar; how to fill in the controlled hunting card. There will be: Giovanni Mazzolani - Head of the Province Hunting Office, Lorenza Mazzotti - Provincial Police Commander, the coordinator and the Presidents of the three Atc.
