All citizens are invited to the debate and they have given their support: the Councilor for the Environment Guido Guerrieri and the Councilor for the Asset Management of the Free Territory Asioli as well as the representatives of the Cooperative Users of the Ravenna natural areas. Guerra motivates the need for such a meeting: "Among the Romagna traditions, to say the least relevant, there is ample space for fishing, hunting and frequenting the pine forests and wetlands of the valleys, including the terminal stretches of the rivers before they flow love. After 40 years, in August 2014 the new building regulations on the huts were approved which, although the subject of strong discussions, attempted to find a balance between environmental protection and respect for traditions and users.
After years of guilty silence, in the absence of adequate controls, the most disparate and controversial situations have emerged in the Ravenna valleys. But not only those relating to the huts without a title for their settlement, as some have superficially highlighted. In fact, the new regulation also involves all the settlements authorized or in possession of titles (buildings or concessionaires) defining the new dimensions, the materials that can be used and the admissible appurtenances to which they will have to adapt. However, once the construction hurdle has been overcome, the passage on concessions now remains.
I believe I was the first, with a 2012 agenda and, subsequently, with a second 2013 agenda, both unanimously approved by the City Council, to point out that any redevelopment intervention on the sheds can only be undertaken when the scenario is clear. on concessions. Carrying out redevelopment interventions and addressing the related costs requires that the tenant have adequate time to use the settlement. And while the building regulations for sheds have already been in force since early September, no discussion has yet been discussed in the competent commissions on the concessions ”.
