The Third Committee of the Legislative Assembly of theUmbria, chaired by Eleonora Pace, met yesterday morning at Palazzo Cesaroni to address the bill "Amendments to the Rules for the protection of warm-blooded wildlife and for hunting" (Pastorelli, Fioroni - Lega).
Councilor Pastorelli presented the proposed modification to the commissioners, highlighting that these are the “permissions for stationary posting issued by the provincial administration. The objective is to satisfy the need to equate the time frame of the authorization for fixed stakeout to that necessary to obtain the renewal of the firearms license set at 5 years, to which term is added 1 year to facilitate obtaining it .
Authorizations and validity
The proposed amendment meets a national regulatory framework that already sees most of the Regions oriented in this direction. The authorization for stationary stakeout is valid for more than three years in various Regions including: Veneto, Emilia Romagna, Lazio and Lombardy (which grants the authorization for a period of even 10 years)” (Regional Council of Umbria ).
